The Institute

Companies and executives are facing an unprecedented challenge; how to create and maintain competitive advantage in an expanding digital world, with evolving societies and changing customer needs, new competitors, higher market dynamics and technological capabilities.

Management tasks have become more complex and demanding across all levels – an increasing dynamic that has intensified time and performance pressures. The theme of digitization requires new ways of thinking and transformation expertise. In addition to operations, it is necessary to intelligently manage personnel and structural changes.

The European Institute for Leadership and Transformation supports companies and executives to face these challenges head on. We connect leaders in a unique way, utilizing combinations of sharing and learning across different methodological approaches.

The key focus of our activities is "state-of-the-art" leadership. Through the close connection of the old economy, new economy, academics and science, we set new standards in supporting companies to manage digital transformation. As one of the leading advisory institutions and network organizations in Germany and Europe, we bring people together, design the digital transformation of enterprises and move leadership to a new level.
